Communication Passports (or Personal Communication Passports) are a practical and person-centred way of supporting children, young people and adults with disabilities that may find it difficult to communicate with speach. Here is a sample we have put together for you to see. When folded and stapled together on our special non-tear, waterproof paper it provides a long lasting document, or Communication Passport that the client can carry with them with pride. The finished size is A5 (half a sheet of photocopy paper, or 210mm x 148mm).
